Missouri Workforce Development
CollegeAPP, in partnership with Wiley Education Services, has been at the forefront of helping Missouri get back to work. As a proof of concept of CollegeAPP’s proprietary Intent to pursue education models, Wiley gathered a list of people who were interested in workforce development training. CollegeAPP was tasked with matching the signups back to our database to analyze our model efficacy in the real world.
Results:
Of those we matched (n=370) the age range was 21-55, the average age 35. The average intent score of the people who signed up was 57.
Of those in the 21-35 age range, the average intent score for sign ups was 61, much higher than Missouri’s median score of 48.
Of those ages 36-55, the average intent score was 52. This was not only higher than the median intent score in Missouri (48), but also much higher than the median intent score of the 36-55 cohort (33) as seen below:
Conclusion:
The result prove that our predictive scores correlate with intent. With our data and models you’re able to get your educational offering in front of the right people, increasing engagement and lowering costs.
